ROSCHELLE OGBUJI

Regional Parent Organization, Parents United for Public Schools

Roschelle Ogbuji is a fierce advocate, mother of five daughters, and lifelong challenger of systems that harm families and communities. She believes real change happens when parents lead. At the Ohio Organizing Collaborative, Roschelle builds parent power across Northeast Ohio by developing grassroots leaders and mobilizing families to fight for fully and fairly funded public education through the Parents United for Public Schools campaign.

In addition to her organizing work, Roschelle is the CEO and founding partner of AR Innovative Solutions, a Cleveland-based marketing firm specializing in market research and strategic fundraising. She also serves as founding director of Community Chaplains and Champions of Northeast Ohio, where she provides trauma-informed support and holistic spiritual care in community settings.

Roschelle previously served as Director of Religious Services and Volunteer Programs for the Ohio Department of Youth Services, advancing trauma-informed care and restorative practices within the juvenile justice system. She has held leadership roles with Lifebanc of Northeast Ohio and currently serves on the board of Story Forum, a children’s literacy organization.

A Kansas City native, Roschelle earned her B.A. in Political Science and Marketing Communications from DePaul University and completed graduate studies in Practical Theology and Chaplaincy. She lives in Shaker Heights, Ohio, where she organizes, writes, and mentors emerging changemakers.
