About Us
Every child deserves an excellent public education, no matter their
zip code, ability, or background.
We are local, trusted leaders organizing in school districts across the state. Some of us are navigating IEPs. Some are fighting for reliable school buses. Some are trying to make sure our kids don’t have to pay to play sports. But all of us believe in the same thing: our public schools should work for all families, not just some.

Our Mission
Parents United for Public Schools is a grassroots organization for public school parents and caregivers in Ohio to build collective power to defend and transform public education. We believe that all children should have the freedom to pursue their dreams, which is why we are fighting for an Ohio where every public school is equipped with the resources to deliver a quality education that prepares every child for the future - no exceptions.
